One double with connecting door to bathroom, and one twin bedroom. Bathroom. Bath with shower, gas water heater. Flushing W.C. Kitchen. Fitted kitchen with fridge, gas cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. All pots, pans, utensils and tea towels are provided. Dining Area. Good sized table with plenty of seating Spacious comfortable seating with colour TV and video recorder/player. Electricity & Gas is included in the price.
The caravan is not suitable for Children under four years old or pets.

A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required per week paid at the time of booking. Should the unforseeable happen which prevents you from visiting us at the booked time. Your deposit or fully paid fee can be reallocated to a later vacant date in the year or even the following year. The total fee is required at least three weeks prior to the beginning of your booked holiday date. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs.C. Scaling and sent to Lendales Farm, Kirby Misperton, Malton, YO17 6XR. North Yorkshire. |
